Monthly Meetings
Running a volunteer organization as big and as far reaching as the Home and School Association takes a lot of coordination. To help coordinate everything, meetings are held on the second Monday of every month. This year, we are going to alternate afternoon meetings and evening meetings to try to better meet the needs of our members. Meetings will be held on the following dates:

September 17th 7:00 PM Feburary 11th 7:00 PM
October 8th 7:00 PM March 10th 7:00 PM
November 12th 7:00 PM April 14th 7:00 PM
December 3rd 7:00 PM May 12th 7:00 PM
January 14th 7:00 PM June 9th 7:00 PM

The meetings generally include an update from Ms. Ponist on major initiatives at work in the school, ideas and input from teachers who rotate attendance every month, a review of the Home and School Association budget along with consideration for proposed expenditures, and updates from Committee Chairpersons on activities within their committees. As parents of children at Seylar, you are all members of the Home and School Association. Childcare will be available on site upon request for those who need it. Please email childcare requests to Beth and Jeannine so we can plan accordingly.

PLEASE JOIN US, WE NEED YOUR IDEAS, YOUR ENTHUSIASM AND YOUR HELP!
